Anyone who thinks the way we develop products is “just fine” should prepare to be challenged by Kathryn. Kathryn is a Senior Director in the CA Technologies DevOps Services Business Unit.  In her role she works with teams all over the world—from small research teams working on Horizon 3 product inventions to large-scale product development teams—helping them see how to develop products more nimbly and with more resilience. Kathryn has been practicing agile and DevOps techniques for more than 12 years and has worked at a diverse set of companies including startups, Accenture and Hewlett-Packard. An accomplished public speaker, Kathryn presents at a wide variety of Agile, Lean and DevOps conferences and events. She’s done service work in Guatemala and moved her family to Singapore before settling in the San Francisco Bay area. Kathryn believes she truly has the best job ever.
